Privacy Notice

Marcon John Solutions Inc. operates the getlessrx technology platform. This notice describes information getlessrx collects, how it uses and shares it, and the choices available to you. It is a platform notice, not a substitute for a licensed provider’s or pharmacy’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

1. Roles and information

getlessrx may act as a business associate to a covered prescriber or pharmacy for information it receives or maintains on that entity’s behalf. We also collect some information directly to operate our own website and account. The applicable legal rules depend on the data and our role in the specific workflow. We do not claim to be a covered health care provider merely because we handle health information.

We collect account identifiers and contact details; shipping and identity verification information, including government ID when required; general intake answers, and order records; payment-related information; communications and support records; and technical data such as device, IP address, log and cookie information.

2. Purposes and recipients

We use information to create and protect accounts, verify identity, route a request to an appropriate independent prescriber and pharmacy, coordinate fulfillment and payment, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and contractual duties, and maintain security. We share only information needed for those functions with relevant providers, pharmacies, payment and identity vendors, shipping providers and authorized service vendors, under applicable legal and contractual safeguards. We may disclose information as required by law.

A prescriber or pharmacy decides and documents its own clinical or dispensing use of your information. We do not sell health information or use PHI for advertising based only on acceptance of Terms. A HIPAA authorization, where required, is obtained separately and specifically.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use technologies necessary to operate and secure the getlessrx website, including maintaining your login session. We describe any additional technologies and applicable privacy choices in this Privacy Policy before using them.

4. Communications and choices

We may send service communications about account access, clinical requests, orders, payment and delivery. Promotional email and text choices are separate from service messages; you may opt out through the message or by contacting thecareexperts@medlocker.med. Where a separate authorization or prior consent is legally required for marketing, we obtain it before sending. Choosing not to receive promotions does not block required service notices.

5. Security, retention and rights

We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle and our role as a technology platform. No electronic system is risk free. We retain the government-issued ID image collected for account verification until one year after the later of your most recent order or your most recent identity verification. A new order or identity verification restarts that one-year period; merely signing in does not. We then delete the image unless a longer period is required by law, an applicable partner agreement, a legal hold, or a documented security or fraud investigation. We may retain a limited record that verification occurred, without retaining the ID image, for the period applicable to that record.

Other account, order, payment, and health information is retained under documented schedules appropriate to the type of record, applicable law, our agreements with providers and pharmacies, and any pending dispute or legal hold. When the applicable period ends, we delete or de-identify the information where appropriate. A request to close an account does not automatically erase records that must be retained.

Contact thecareexperts@medlocker.med to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights that apply to your information. For records we maintain on behalf of a prescriber or pharmacy, we will direct your request to, or coordinate it with, that party as required by our agreement and applicable law. State privacy rights may apply in addition to HIPAA. We will verify your identity before disclosing sensitive information.

6. Changes and contact
